For selling food to be consumed at the carnival
We cannot accept vendors of non-veggie burgers, candy floss, hotdogs, donuts or fries as we will only accept one vendor of each cuisine type.
Food and farmer’s market stalls will be grouped together in one location and this is why a premium option is not available.

Please upload PDF copies of your public liability cover and a completed risk assessment when submitting your stall booking application form.
We have a generic risk assessment template for you to use here.
As a food vendor selling edible products you also need to upload a PDF copy of your food hygiene certificate.
The maximum file size is 1MB each.
If you are unable to upload PDF copies of your essential documents please email them to marplecarnival@gmail.com no later than 4 weeks before Carnival Day. Please include the name of your group / business in the email subject.

The information you submit with this form will be used to administer your booking and to inform you of instructions for Carnival Day.
Book a Food Court Stall at Marple Carnival
Here is all the information for booking a stall at this year's carnival.
Please read the terms and conditions before applying.
Once you have read the terms and conditions, please complete the stalls application form below and confirm your stall place by making a payment ASAP via Paypal. Here are the instructions on how to make a payment to the Carnival account:
- Login to your PayPal account. Click to 'send money for Goods and Services'.
- Enter our email address: marplecarnival@gmail.com
- Type in the correct payment for a single or double stall (see note 1 below for stall sizes)
- Add a note to let us know your stall name (this must match the one you use on the application form)
- Send money!
You should then get confirmation from PayPal that we have received the money.
We kindly ask you not to use debit or credit cards if paying via Paypal as we get charged for those transactions.

Food Stall (Food Court) Application
Note 1
Stall sizes are single (space provided will be 10ft / 3m wide) or double (space provided will be 20ft / 6m wide). Please check the size of your stall before confirming. Tables and gazebos are not provided. All commercial stall holders must have their own public liability insurance. This must be sent to the carnival team at least 4 weeks before carnival day. If you fail to produce this document your application may be refused.
Note 2
Please note that we cannot accept catering outlets/ vans that are selling items of fast food (e.g. burgers, chips, ice-cream, doughnuts, sausages or hotdogs). The carnival team have the right to refuse applications of this category.
All food stall holders must have their own public liability insurance and food hygiene certificates. These must be sent to the carnival team at least 4 weeks before carnival day. If you fail to produce these documents your application may be refused.
Payment by cheque
Please make cheques payable to Marple Carnival Charities Committee and ensure that you include a note to indicate your company / stall name. The address for cheques is Marple Carnival Stalls, 50 Marple Hall Drive, Marple, Stockport, SK6 6JN.
